Our ball screen game is really bad, it's a function of our personnel

Most of our action is off-ball, whenever we do run ball screens it's normally for Storm or Alleyne and the defense almost always jams the screener or switches because we don't shoot off the bounce very much.

When they switch that means a 6'10 guy is guarding the ballhandler, Storm can't get the ball passed them to the roller and Alleyne 99 times out of 100 is going to try and take them off the bounce and shoot a low % floater instead of trying to find an open man.

Occasionally we put Mutts and Aluma in the P&R to great success with the high low passing game, but Mutts handling is so bad teams can play it very conservative because if they entice him to drive chances are good he'll turn it over.

We don't have a guy on the team who can split a double like Radford did last year on ball screens. What we should do is try and shoot teams out of the switch and jam defense, forcing them to go over the screen which would open up a lot because going over the screen puts the defender in a precarious spot way out beyond the perimeter and off balance.

We do ton of different stuff off the ball including plenty of slip screens, down screens, and cross screens but the NBA bread and butter P&R isn't really in our arsenal.
